Partnerships & Events Manager Jobs in Lisbon, Lisbon, Portugal at ISTO.

Title: Partnerships & Events Manager

Company: ISTO.

Location: Lisbon, Lisbon, Portugal

Company Description

ISTO. is dedicated to transparency, social responsibility, and exceptional quality in clothing production. We partner exclusively with factories that adhere to high standards in ethical practices and work policies. Our commitment to openness includes sharing the cost breakdown of materials and production, allowing customers to understand the true value of our products. At ISTO., we aim to combine fair pricing with sustainable practices for a win-win experience.

Role Description

We’re looking for someone to own and grow the channels that sit between paid media and organic: partnerships, affiliates, influencers, and brand events. These are channels that already drive meaningful revenue for ISTO. but they’ve been managed as a side task rather than a strategic function. We want someone to make this their full-time job.

This role is based in Lisbon, Portugal.

What you’ll do:

Build the partnerships and community acquisition strategy for ISTO. and lead its execution hands-on. Specifically:

  1. Affiliates — Manage and grow our existing affiliate relationships and build new ones. Onboard new affiliate partners in our priority markets (Portugal, UK, Germany), and build a content refresh cadence that keeps performance consistent.
  2. Influencers and creators — Design and launch ISTO.’s influencer programme from scratch. We want a small, curated network of men (28–45, quality-conscious, understated style) who genuinely wear the product and create content that could live on our own channels. Think 20–30 long-term relationships, not 100 one-off sends. You’ll own the identification, outreach, negotiation, product seeding, content briefing, and performance tracking.
  3. Events and activations — ISTO. has 6 stores that are beautiful, designed spaces. We run factory tours in Portugal (“factourism”), and we’re opening new locations. You’ll own the event calendar: in-store events (Lisbon, Porto, Berlin), pop-ups in target markets (London, Paris), factory visit programmes, and brand moments that drive press, social content, and CRM capture simultaneously. Every event should have a measurable outcome — email signups, social reach, editorial coverage, or direct sales.
  4. Brand partnerships, PR and collaborations — ISTO. has a track record of product collaborations and press features (Financial Times, Forbes, WWD). You’ll identify and manage partnerships that extend the brand’s reach to the right audience — co-branded products, editorial collaborations, cultural partnerships, and retail placements that align with ISTO.’s positioning as a transparent, quality-driven, independent brand.

Measurement:

You’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing & E-commerce and share results weekly: affiliate sales, new customer rate, influencer content performance (traffic, conversions, ROAS), event ROI (emails captured, press hits, revenue attributed), and partnership contribution to blended marketing efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in partnerships development, collaboration, and relationship management
  • Event planning, coordination, and execution experience
  • Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to meet objectives in dynamic environments
  • Prior experience working in fashion, PR, events is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Portuguese is highly beneficial ( at least B1 level)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Communications, or a relevant field

What we offer:

A role with real ownership in a growing brand. You’ll be the first person dedicated to this function — which means you’ll shape it.

You’ll have autonomy, and the creative freedom that comes with a brand that trusts its team.

Competitive salary based on experience. Hybrid working from our Lisbon HQ (Campo de Ourique). Employee discount on the full collection all year. And a company where we value people and treat them respectfully.
