We have partnered with an invite-only luxury fashion community that connects lenders and renters through a trusted marketplace for high-end fashion. They're reimagining how people access luxury by combining technology, community, and circular fashion into one seamless experience.
They're seeking a Partnerships Experience Lead to own and elevate the experience of their growing member community. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for members, ensuring every interaction reflects the premium, personalized experience that defines the brand. You'll work cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Leadership to create exceptional experiences, solve member issues, improve processes, and help scale a world-class luxury marketplace.
What We're Looking For:
- 4–7 years in a relationship-heavy role at the intersection of fashion, lifestyle, or luxury — partnerships management, brand strategy, or similar.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- MUST live in New York City
- Someone scrappy, analytical, and a mid-level doer
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment with evolving priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
- Experience with CRM and customer support platforms is a plus
