Key Responsibilities:
- Create and develop garment patterns using pattern-making software, with a preference for Lectra.
- Create pattern follow design or development team, to transform concepts into technical patterns.
- Ensure patterns are accurate and meet garment specifications, including fit, size, and construction.
- Able to check finished pattern / follow grading rule.
- Develop patterns for casual /active wear garments, including jackets, pants, and loose tops.
- Address and resolve pattern fitting issues and make necessary adjustments.
- Work closely with sample room manager, update revise pattern if any sewing issue occurs.
- Directly report to pattern room manager.
- Demonstrate high responsibility and a strong commitment to meeting project deadlines.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pattern making, with a proven track record of creating patterns for casual / active wear.
- Proficiency in using pattern-making software; experience with Lectra is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of non-fitted / fitted garments also knit fabrics (Jersey, Terry).
- Experience in designing patterns for jackets, pants, and loose tops.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Demonstrates high responsibility, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
