PT South Pacific Viscose (SPV), a member of Lenzing Group Austria, is located in Purwakarta, West Java. Strategically located between the capital city of Jakarta and West Java’s capital, Bandung, Purwakarta Regency was once better known as an industrial area. As the largest viscose site of the Lenzing Group, the Indonesia site has been a producer of botanic Viscose Staple Fibers and Sodium Sulfate since 1982. Lenzing's wood-based botanic fibers are used in the textile and nonwovens industry and manufactured with eco-friendly processes.

for HR Operation area, we are seeking individuals with a strong interest in Compensation and Benefits to apply for the Payroll Specialist position based in our plant.

Your Ideal Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a relevant field study or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of work experience with at least 6 years of HR experience in employee benefits and/or compensation administration.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems (Payroll and Time Attendance) with advance level in computer literacy (Ms. office: words, excel, power point, and other IT application).
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesia labor laws relating to employee benefits.
  • Good communication skills in English at intermediate level.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with individual across all levels and function.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and work independently.
  • Ability to use discretion in handling confidential information.

Purpose of the job:

To support the full range of Payroll and Employee data collection and administrative duties. Process paperwork related to payroll process, time attendance, leave, employee benefits and other requests specific to department operations. Effectively respond to requests and inquiries from the employee. Prepare a variety of personnel reports and correspondence of Employee personnel data administrative support tasks in the Human Resources area including labor data collection, maintain employee’s personnel data and documents as well as leave administration.
