Role Description
We are hiring a Performance Marketing Executive – E-commerce to manage, optimize, and support paid marketing campaigns for e-commerce brands, with a strong focus on jewellery and lifestyle accounts.
The candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, basic knowledge of Google Ads, and a good understanding of performance metrics like ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rate.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing for e-commerce or D2C brands
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Basic working knowledge of Google Ads
- Understanding of ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion tracking
- Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, Meta Pixel, and reporting basics
- Ability to analyze campaign data and suggest improvements
- Experience with jewellery, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands will be an advantage
- Must be based in Mumbai or open to working onsite
