Role Overview
As a Perfume Bar Stylist, you are the face of the experience. You’ll guide guests through blending their own custom fragrance while delivering exceptional hospitality and maintaining a polished, visually stunning setup. This role is ideal for someone who loves events, people, and sensory experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and guide them through a step-by-step fragrance blending experience
- Educate guests on fragrance notes, scent families, and blending techniques
- Blend custom perfumes or colognes with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing perfume bar setup
- Provide warm, professional, and engaging customer service at all times
- Represent The Perfume Bar brand with confidence, polish, and enthusiasm
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and packing of all bar materials
- Follow event-specific instructions, timelines, and brand guidelines
- Support lead stylists or event managers as needed
Qualifications
- Outgoing, personable, and confident interacting with guests
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions
- Professional appearance and polished communication style
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in event settings
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Reliable transportation and punctuality required
- Weekend and evening availability is a must
- Experience in events, hospitality, beauty, retail, or customer service is an asset
- Fragrance knowledge is a bonus—but training is provided
