Role Description
This is a permanent part-time role for a Retail Assistant at V2 Creations, located on-site in Singapore. As a Retail Assistant, you will interact with customers to provide outstanding service, assist them with their shopping needs, ensure merchandise is displayed attractively, and manage retail transactions. You’ll also contribute to maintaining the store’s appearance and stock levels while supporting sales goals and enhancing customer experience through personalized recommendations and assistance.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills, with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for positive customer interactions
- Proven ability in Retail Sales and Sales, with a focus on achieving targets and enhancing customer satisfaction
- Passion for Indian ethnic fashion and an understanding of its unique appeal
- Prior experience in retail or fashion industries is a plus
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
