About Us: Jessica Purdie Limited is a boutique business dedicated to delivering exceptional service in luxury couture clothing and accessories, with a special focus on the bridal and event industry. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and commitment to quality. We’re seeking a dynamic and diligent Personal Assistant to join our close-knit team. The right person must be comfortable adapting to change and being flexible, working across both Jessica Purdie Limited and our sister site, Prikli Pear. A strong interest in fashion is essential, experience in the industry is an advantage.

You will be a valued member of our team working closely with our lovely clients, creating essential relationships and partnerships throughout our community.

Role and Responsibilities:

Customer service: Professional and friendly customer service skills are essential.

Flexibility: Being able to adapt to change and dealing with flexible working.

Diary Management: Oversee and manage fluctuating schedules, particularly during peak bridal seasons, ensuring seamless transitions between fittings and consultations.

Social Diary Management: Schedule and book client meetings, organising social events with local likeminded groups.

Administrative Tasks & Office Management: Handle day-to-day office management including ad-hoc administrative duties efficiently. Communicate and liaise with our ‘makers’ (stockists) ensuring invoices are sent on time and stock is replenished as needed, in line with seasonal demands.

Event Coordination: Schedule and manage our business events, including community workshops. Organising and researching trade and fashion events.

Project Support: Assist in various company projects with enthusiasm and commitment.

Office Management: Ensure the smooth running of the office environment.

Bookkeeping: Ensure invoice management and finances are up to date, in line with accounting needs – training will be provided.

Personal skills and attributes:

Proven experience in diary management and schedule coordination.

Highly organised, professional, and hardworking.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Previous experience in a similar environment is an advantage.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Proficient IT skills, including the ability to create engaging social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. 

Photoshop and adobe skills would be an advantage

Excel skills is a must – googlesheets

An interest in fashion is essential

Driving license and transport is essential
