We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our two founders in managing daily operations, coordinating high-level meetings, and ensuring the seamless running of the business.

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing diaries, supporting the founders operational duties and handling day to day tasks.
Responsibilities:
Organizing day to day operations alongside founder(s)
Handling emails, customer enquiries, communicating with factories.
Assisting with collection development, from product development to sample fittings.
Co-ordinating upcoming shoots, booking models, organizing imagery, updating content calendar and supporting marketing tasks.
Posting content on Pinterest, Instagram and TikTok, engaging with customers and influencers on socials.
Assisting with upcoming collection launches, key marketing dates.
Overseeing stock levels, reordering product from factories if needing replenishment.
Booking and arranging travel for upcoming business trips and arranging itineraries.
Qualifications
Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Excellent Communication and Diary Management skills
Strong Clerical skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management related field is preferred but not essential
