An exciting opportunity for a polished and highly capable Private PA to support the Founder of a fast-growing creative agency across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle.
This is a predominantly private PA role, ideal for someone who enjoys being fully immersed in a Founder’s world — managing their day-to-day life, schedule, and personal priorities with precision and discretion. You will act as a true right hand during a busy and fast-moving period, ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
This is an immediate start position with strong potential to become permanent.
The Role
- Full private PA support to the Founder with a strong lifestyle focus
- Managing a complex and ever-changing diary, travel, and social schedule
- Coordinating restaurants, events, personal appointments, and key bookings
- Handling day-to-day personal logistics, errands, and ad hoc requests
- Acting as a gatekeeper across inbox and communications

- Proven experience as a Private PA supporting a high-profile individual
- Well-connected or highly knowledgeable across London’s lifestyle scene
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and always one step ahead
- Discreet, calm, and confident managing competing priorities
- Available to start immediately
