We are seeking ambitious, entrepreneurial Fashion Stylists who are passionate about style, client relationships, and building their own business within a growing luxury styling brand.
Position Overview
This is not a traditional hourly position. We are looking for self-starters, entrepreneurs, and relationship builders who want autonomy over their schedule, earning potential, and client portfolio.
As a Fashion Stylist with Savòna Charissè, you will have the opportunity to grow your own client base while leveraging the support, reputation, and resources of an established luxury styling brand. Your success and earnings are directly tied to the clients you acquire, the relationships you build, and the services you deliver.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual and in-person client consultations.
- Assess client goals, lifestyle needs, and wardrobe challenges.
- Create personalized styling recommendations and digital lookbooks.
- Conduct wardrobe audits and closet edits.
- Provide personal shopping and styling services.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, social media, community outreach, and personal branding efforts.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive repeat business and referrals.
- Represent the Savòna Charissè brand with professionalism and excellence.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in Fashion Styling, Personal Styling, Wardrobe Consulting, Image Consulting, Retail Styling, or related fields.
- Strong fashion knowledge including trends, fit, color theory, and wardrobe development.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Portfolio preferred but not required.
Compensation
This position is structured as an Independent Contractor role and is commission-based only.
Compensation includes:
- 30% commission on styling services personally acquired, sold, and completed by the stylist.
- 20% commission on qualified leads provided directly by Savòna Charissè.
- $100 New Client Bonus for each first-time client personally sourced and converted into a paid styling service.
Commissions and bonuses are paid after payment has been received in full and services have been successfully completed.
Example Earnings
New Client:
- Service Value Min: $600
- 30% Commission: $180
- New Client Bonus: $100
- Total Earnings: $280
There is no cap on earnings. The more clients you generate and services you sell, the greater your income potential.
