We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Personal Shopper with expertise in drop services. In addition to shopping and curating items, the individual will be responsible for drop-off services, ensuring timely and secure delivery, all while showcasing their creativity in providing personalized experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide personalized shopping experiences by understanding client preferences and needs, suggesting items, and creating curated looks or product selections.
– Stay up-to-date with fashion trends, brands, and new arrivals to offer informed recommendations.
– Manage and maintain relationships with high-end retailers and brands, ensuring access to exclusive products when necessary.
– Assist clients with styling advice, offering innovative ideas and creative solutions for their wardrobe and lifestyle needs.
– Coordinate and manage drop services, ensuring all items are delivered on time and in excellent condition. Work closely with the logistics team to schedule and track deliveries, ensuring a seamless experience for the client.
– Maintain a creative approach to product presentations, packaging, and delivery, ensuring the client receives a unique, thoughtful experience.
– Provide expert guidance on seasonal trends, colors, and wardrobe choices, ensuring that clients receive the most relevant and stylish options.
– Assist clients with wardrobe updates, shopping for special occasions, or creating functional and stylish looks.
– Ensure client satisfaction by offering excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, and addressing any issues related to orders or deliveries.
