About the Role
We’re looking for an outgoing, personable and motivated Personal Scrub Stylist who genuinely enjoys helping people.
Our ideal candidate loves starting conversations, asking thoughtful questions and helping customers find products they’ll love. You naturally make people feel welcome, enjoy building relationships and aren’t afraid to approach every customer who walks through the door.
You’ll become a trusted resource for healthcare professionals by helping them find scrubs that fit well, feel comfortable and match their workplace and personal style.
When you’re not helping customers, you’ll help keep the store clean, organized and fully stocked so every customer has an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome every customer with a friendly, genuine attitude.
- Learn about each customer’s workplace, preferences and needs before making recommendations.
- Help customers find scrubs, shoes and accessories they’ll love.
- Educate customers on brands, fabrics, fit and features.
- Create a fun, personalized shopping experience that keeps customers coming back.
- Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service.
- Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked sales floor.
- Complete go-backs, restock/receive/ship out merchandise and help keep the store running smoothly.
- Work as a team to deliver an outstanding customer experience every day.
