**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various hair styling techniques and excellent customer service skills. **Duties:** – Provide hair cutting, coloring, and styling services to clients – Perform hair treatments such as keratin treatments and deep conditioning – Stay updated on current hair trends and styles – Recommend hair care products to clients – Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area – Mentor junior stylists when needed **Skills:** – Proficiency in hair styling techniques including the use of a straight razor – Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction – Knowledge of hair threading techniques – Ability to mentor and guide junior stylists – Familiarity with salon software, particularly MINDBODY – Understanding of retail math for product sales – Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients – Valid cosmetology license Join our team and showcase your creativity and talent as a Hair Stylist in our salon.

Pay: $42,000.00 – $62,000.00 per year
