Looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working and creative candidate to join our team as an associate. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in an emerging business team.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Play critical role in laying out multi-year strategy for evolution and growth of the business.
- Target one category from Kitchen/ soft furnishing / Decor and make GTM strategy for the same
- Monitor trends in industry, consumer behaviour and have deep understanding of consumer needs.
- Make a layout of competition benchmarking, plan and execute against the same.
- Ideate sales and marketing strategy by closing on the right price x promotion combination.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong communication
- Retail / Sourcing / Category management / Ecommerce experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and data driven approach is a plus.
- Vendor management background.
- Basic excel
- Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
