Duration: 6 months

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the acquisition and onboarding of international fashion brands.

This role focuses on expanding our portfolio by identifying and securing partnerships with global fashion and lifestyle brands across apparel and non-apparel segments.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of managing end-to-end onboarding of global labels, with a deep understanding of consumer trends and operational requirements in the fashion retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

International Brand Acquisition – Identify and evaluate international fashion and lifestyle brands that align with the company's growth strategy and market positioning.

Deal Structuring & P&L alignment – Define and finalize key commercial terms margins, royalties, pricing, inventory models, and territory rights. Work closely with legal and finance teams to structure contracts that align with company goals and risk management.

Onboarding & Integration – Oversee the full onboarding process including brand education, operational alignment, and integration into existing retail systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams merchandising, marketing, supply chain, legal, and retail operations to ensure a smooth and timely launch.

Market Intelligence & Portfolio Strategy Conduct regular competitive benchmarking and consumer trend analysis to inform brand acquisition decisions.

Ensure a balanced and differentiated brand portfolio across categories, price points, and customer segments.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management – Serve as the primary point of contact for international brand partners.

Build long-term, trust-based relationships to ensure ongoing brand support, collaboration, and growth.

Candidate Profile

MBA or Master s degree in Business, International Trade, Fashion Management, or related field.

4-6 years of experience in business development, brand partnerships, or licensing within fashion retail or luxury lifestyle brands.

Strong global network within the fashion industry; exposure to European, American, or Asian brands is a plus.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-cultural relationship-building skills. Strong project management skills.
