About the Role:We are thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Photo Retoucher to join our creative team at Nice One. As a Photo Retoucher, you will play a critical role in enhancing the visual quality of our content, ensuring our images align with our brand’s aesthetic standards and resonate with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Retouch and enhance images to meet high-quality standards for various platforms including web, print, and social media.
Collaborate closely with photographers, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
Utilize advanced retouching techniques to correct colors, remove blemishes, refine compositions, and ensure consistency across all images.
Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring all images are flawless and adhere to Nice One’s brand guidelines.
Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of edited images and source files.
Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in photo editing and retouching.
Work efficiently within tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Incorporate feedback effectively to make necessary revisions and ensure the highest quality of final images.
Photo Retoucher Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Photo Retoucher with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of high-quality retouched images.
Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
Strong understanding of color correction, image compositing, and retouching techniques.
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Stellar organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Strong communication skills to explain creative concepts and receive constructive feedback.
