What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities Sales Target Achievement (Primary):
1. Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across all assigned channels.
2. Implement action plans to close gaps and maximize sell-out performance.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
1. Develop and implement sales plans aligned with company targets.
2. Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies to maintain market leadership.
Outlet & Store Management:
1. Oversee Everbest’s own outlets and first-quality stores in Bali.
2. Ensure sales targets, visual standards, and customer experience are consistently achieved.
Performance Monitoring:
1. Track KPIs (sales growth, ROI of promotions, retention rates) embedded to daily briefing.
2. Provide regular reporting and insights to management.
We’d love to hear from people with:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
3–5+ years of experience in sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales target
Strong leadership and team management
Excellent communication and negotiation
