Role Overview

Fashion Nova Logistics is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates – Picking to join our fast-paced distribution center. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting customer orders and preparing products for shipment while meeting productivity, quality, and safety standards.

The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume warehouse environment, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience through speed, accuracy, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners, Android devices, and warehouse management systems.
• Navigate warehouse pick modules to locate and retrieve merchandise efficiently.
• Inspect RF devices, pick carts, totes, and other equipment before use and report any damage or safety concerns.
• Verify product quantities, sizes, colors, and locations to ensure order accuracy.
• Label inventory and apply Individual License Plate Numbers (ILPNs) as required.
• Release completed totes onto the conveyor system for downstream processing.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy expectations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while supporting 5S initiatives.
• Follow all company safety policies, warehouse procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily business goals.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
• Work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime, based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Frequently bend, stoop, squat, twist, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
• Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, moving equipment, and moderate to high noise levels.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with all company safety requirements.
