About Cult Gaia: Cult Gaia is a women’s lifestyle fashion brand, based in Los Angeles. We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Planning Assistant to support our inventory planning, replenishment, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in Excel, and comfortable working with Netsuite and Shopify systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Support inventory planning, including tracking and managing replenishment orders, transfer orders (TOs), and special orders (SOs).
Conduct weekly inventory reviews by location to ensure optimal stock levels.
Perform weekly out-of-stock (OOS) analysis to identify gaps and propose action plans.
Generate and analyze reports to provide insights on sales trends, stock performance, and replenishment needs.
Assist in ad hoc reporting as needed to support business decisions.
Utilize Excel to create dashboards and reports that enhance visibility into inventory health.
Work within Netsuite and Shopify to maintain inventory accuracy and execute system-driven replenishment strategies.
Ensure data integrity across platforms to support accurate inventory and financial reporting.
Identify opportunities for process improvements in inventory management and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:
1-3 years of experience in inventory planning, merchandising, or a related field.
Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting).
Familiarity with Netsuite and Shopify is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
