PR AssistantAbout The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PR Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing and executing public relations strategies to promote our artists and music label. From building strong media relationships to coordinating press events, you will play a pivotal role in amplifying the visibility of our talent and brand.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with artists, manage photo and video shoots, and shape impactful campaigns in collaboration with marketing and digital teams.
Job Description
Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to enhance the visibility of our artists and music label
Coordinate and oversee artist interviews and arrange appearances on TV shows, radio programs, and digital platforms
Organize and manage press events such as album launches, interviews, photo shoots, and video clip productions
Draft compelling press materials, including press releases, media kits, and pitches, to secure media coverage
Build and nurture relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and bloggers
Accompany artists to events, ensuring seamless execution and coordination
Partner with the marketing team to align PR efforts with social media strategies and campaigns
Contribute ideas for social media content on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter
Propose creative concepts for campaigns, including video clips, exclusive lives, and artist branding
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
At least 2 years’ experience in public relations
Strong writing and communication skills with an ability to craft engaging press materials
Familiarity with media monitoring and analysis tools
Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and operate within budget constraints
Fluency in English with exceptional interpersonal skill
