Job Mission
Support the execution of various fashion PR activities to help strengthen the brand image and respond to a fast-changing market environment
Assist in communicating CHANEL Fashion through creative press, celebrity, and influencer activities to reinforce the “Ultimate House of Luxury” image
Key Responsibilities:
Media & Competitor Monitoring
Monitor fashion-related content on Instagram, websites, and blogs for CHANEL and competitors
Track competitors’ monthly activities, including magazine covers
Monitor and cleanse data from the Lefty platform for CHANEL and competitors’ PR results
Support PR Value and Coverage Updates
Update influencer activation results and PR values
Update ambassadors’ results and corresponding PR values
Update PR value files for all PR-related events
Cross-check event result files from agencies against actual media coverage and data
Support Report Preparation
Support in creating the monthly best clipping report
Assist in updating the monthly PR meeting presentation
Upload media clippings to Global SharePoint and request agency uploads for project results
Assist in PR Event Coordination
Support PR event logistics and operations
Press Tools Management
Coordinate with translation agencies to translate press materials
Review and edit press releases for clarity and accuracy
Prepare and update close-up lookbooks for celebrity and influencer dressing
Administrative Support
Collect and organize invoices related to monthly expenses
Communicate with the media advertisement team for expense processing
Manage logistics and reservations for PR guests’ trips
Role Specifications
Academic / Professional Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Preference: Major in fashion.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Work Experience
At least 2 years of working experience in fashion field.
Experiences and knowledge in high end luxury market.
Required Competencies
Excellent interpersonal relations and enriched PR network.
Computer skills: MS office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Global sense, methodical manner and outgoing personality
