About You
We are seeking an experienced PR & Influencer Executive with a minimum of 3 years in the fashion sector or related field. The ideal candidate will be proactive, commercially aware, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You will play a key role in managing media relationships, launching seasonal collections and collaborations, and executing influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable performance. The role will involve close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to develop scalable creator partnerships, deliver high-quality content, and ensure the brand remains culturally relevant across digital and social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
PR & Media
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fashion press, media outlets, stylists, and key influencers.
- Manage PR and influencer agencies, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
- Plan and execute press campaigns to secure coverage across relevant fashion, lifestyle, and digital media channels.
- Create compelling written content including press releases, media pitches, social copy and newsletters.
- Coordinate seasonal press moments including collection launches, press previews, and collaboration announcements.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of brand events including press previews, launches, influencer activations and creator-led experiences.
Influencer Programme Execution
- Support the development and execution of the brand’s paid creator and gifting programmes, working alongside the PR Lead.
- Design and execute a scalable influencer gifting model using ShopMy, establishing processes that support programme growth and operational efficiency.
- Develop partnership briefs and incentive structures that enable creators to produce authentic, high-quality content.
- Identify and implement innovative influencer concepts and campaign ideas that drive creativity, cultural relevance and performance.
- Manage influencer partnerships including paid collaborations, gifting initiatives, UGC campaigns, and ShopMy activations.
- Identify which creators, content formats and narratives drive the strongest efficiency, scalability and performance impact.
- Share performance insights with cross-functional teams to help evolve storytelling formats and creator strategies.
- Knowledge and experience using ShopMy and LTK are essential.
Creator Coordination
- Drive creator onboarding and partnership growth while ensuring strong alignment with brand values, tone, and long-term brand fit.
- Manage influencer campaign logistics including contracts, deliverables, usage rights, and partnership tracking.
- Maintain and update paid partnership and gifting trackers to ensure accurate campaign oversight.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agents, and management teams, supporting negotiations and partnership discussions.
- Collaborate with content, brand and product marketing teams to develop creator-led product edits and storytelling that drives engagement and conversion.
- Actively contribute to our company’s commitment to environmental and social responsibility by integrating sustainable practices into everyday work. This includes minimising waste, promoting responsible sourcing, supporting our circular economy initiatives, and encouraging customers and colleagues to make choices that align with our sustainability values. To hit the ground running, you'll come with
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in fashion PR, influencer marketing, or related roles.
- Established network of press contacts and media relationships.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and paid collaborations.
- Experience managing ShopMy and working with UGC content.
- Event planning experience.
- Budget management experience.
