该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities: -Build and maintain strong relations with clients, media, influencers, stylists, vendors and other key industry players; -Lead daily communications with client of local, regional and HQ positions on retainer service, projects and campaigns; -Manage team members on given KPIs, proposals, executions, reports and other work duties; -Oversee event budget, execution, celebrity/media/ KOL/ KOC invitations, vendor liaison including media presentations, store opening events, local and overseas fashion shows, gala dinners etc.; -Direct social media campaign creative, proposal and execution; -Identify and establish marketing collaboration opportunities; Requirements: -8 years or above relevant working experience in luxury retail PR and communications and team management. -Solid network of media, KOLs, stylists and third-party vendors. -Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Chinese languages. -Well-organised, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. -An analytical mind with attention to details and numbers. -An experienced leader who guides and nurtures team members. 岗位职责 1、与客户、媒体、KOL、造型师、艺人团队建立并保持紧密的联系，就服务、项目推广等活动进行日常沟通与合作； 2、管理团队成员的KPI，提案，执行，报告和其他工作职责； 3、监督活动预算、执行、名人/媒体/KOL/KOC邀请、供应商联络，包括媒体发布会、店铺开业活动，本地和海外时装秀，庆祝晚宴等；指导社交媒体活动的创意、提案和执行； 4、识别并建立市场合作机会； 任职资格 1、8年以上奢侈品零售公关、沟通及团队管理相关工作经验； 2、稳定的媒体、KOL、造型师和第三方供应商渠道资源； 3、优秀的中英文沟通和写作能力； 4、良好的组织能力，能够在高压下工作并按时按量完成工作任务； 5、注重细节和数字分析能力； 6、丰富的领导经验，能够指导和培养团队成员。
