Department And Job PurposeThe UK Public Relations (PR) department sits within the European Marketing function. This is an exciting opportunity to join our PR team reporting to the PR Communications Lead. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the showroom and ensure that collections are presented to clients, media, and potential partners in a premium way and up to brand standards. This role focuses on connecting external media, stylists and influencers with the Levi’s seasonal collection. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the PR showroom space where editors and stylists will have access to upcoming seasonal collection items for editorial content, partnerships and activations. In addition, the role will support the PR communications team with the organization and set-up of seasonal PR events.

Job DescriptionWays of working

Work closely with PR and marketing teams to align showroom activities with overall communication and marketing strategies.

Studio management

Present products or samples in an appealing manner to showcase them effectively – collaborate with brand experience team on showroom set-up guidelines.

Keep track of samples (using tracking software), facilitate and monitor send outs, ensure all samples are returned in a timely manner and intact.

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure PR studio needs are met, ordering and restocking product to make sure a best-in-class assortment is available.

Support in the execution of key PR events (i.e. press days, collection walkthroughs and seasonal PR events).

Support in tracking of PR coverage as a result of showroom lend-outs – keep track of all planned coverage.

Guest Interaction

Provide premium brand experience and assist clients, partners, and media professionals when they visit the showroom.

In-depth collection knowledge to provide detailed information to guests. Collaborate with merchandising team for to gain product knowledge.

Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, ensuring they have a positive brand experience in the showroom.

Follow up with guests after visits, providing additional information or samples as needed.

Generate reports detailing showroom activities, feedback from visitors, and engagement metrics.

Candidate Requirements

You will have:

A degree in Business, Fashion, Communications, Marketing, Humanities, or Journalism, or equivalent professional experience.

A minimum of 2 years experience

Strong interest in fashion, music, sustainability, and consumer trends

Experience in events management.

Detailed and organized.

Keen attention to detail and results orientation.
