The Role:
Currently, we are seeking to hire a Pre-production Specialist to join our Production Team and assist in the pre-production projects and processes. As part of the Pre-production team you will be responsible for supporting the material counter sourcing and testing procedures for all Lovesac products. In addition, you will collaborate closely with Product Development & Design team as well as work with overseas vendors & suppliers for execution.
This position will report into Lovesac Corporate Headquarters based in Saint George, Utah. It will require your flexibility to work onsite at the designated HUB in addition to travel required by the Company for occasional meetings and conferences.
Summary of Key Job Responsibilities:
Maintain soft goods vendor relationships with daily communication & support the onboarding of new vendors.
Manage fabric library and samples both physically and digitally in company tools.
Assist all sourcing projects, activation projects and custom projects.
R&D: Counter sourcing of Quick ship and Insert Fabrics.
Manage approval communication and samples shipping to vendors.
Keep track of all testing for quick ship and custom fabrics.
Support and collaborate with cross functional teams on all projects.
Go into the office frequently to retrieve and review packages delivered.
Responsible to meet or exceed all goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Maintain a calm demeanor and manage issues professionally and respectfully in accordance with our company standards.
Act with integrity and trust, modeling behavior that respects our employees, peers and customers in accordance with the core values of our company.
Perform any other duties as requested by management.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion or Textile degree/concentration is preferred.
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a design industry or similar capacity.
Must be results driven and utilize knowledge to meet or exceed KPIs and goals.
Must have proven time management skills and quickly adapts to a changing business …
