Reporting to the VP of Private Clients, our Private Client Sales Managers are primarily responsible for increasing the spending power of 2-TIMES’ multi-region client lists, engaging with and developing new and existing High Net Worth (HNW) members across key target regions.
He/She/They will develop highly personalised relationships with clients, both online and in-person at events, from key markets counting Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, UAE/KSA (GCC), and Mainland China — providing one-to-one styling support and a curated shopping experience that is totally localized and focuses on upholding the innovative nature of 2-TIMES’ multi-faceted retail model, which comprises luxury fashion, beauty/fragrance, contemporary art, and music.
Our Private Client team expertly navigates both data and judgment to quickly assess the independent needs of varying subjects relevant to our HNWs; including special occasions, vendors/products of interest, language needs, time constraints, etc.
Responsibilities
· Nurturing existing clients, reactivating lapsed clients and developing personal relationships with new, high-value prospects, to introduce them to the private client service.
· Responding to client queries and needs effectively & efficiently, acting in a manner that is equal parts patient and urgent, to deliver excelled results
· Analysing historical information, evaluating input from all department managers and assessing current business trends to develop accurate item forecasts for personalised e-messaging, developing on troubleshooting guides for reoccurring business and styling challenges
· Striving for the continual elevation of imagery utilising 2-TIMES’ visual aesthetic and brand standards, updating style guides as well as other necessary documentation in the styling department
· Collaborate and suggest initiatives and ideas to develop the Private Client business via building strong partnerships across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia HQ’s
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Fashion Design, Professional Communications, Journalism, Marketing)
· 3-5 years experience as a Sales Manager or Personal Stylist – a strong client base is a plus
· Knowledge of luxury brands and the global multi-brand fashion landscape, coupled with a strong interest in garment construction
· Aligned sense of direction regarding market-specific cultural ongoings, with an eye for newness spanning key topics of interest including but not limited to: food & drink, fine art, design, architecture, fashion, entertainment, travel, beauty, etc.
· Web, App and Mac–savviness, with knowledge of Google/Microsoft suites a must. Adobe CC is an asset.
· Experience using project management and communications tools like Notion and Slack are highly regarded
· Written and spoken proficiency in English is a must, with native fluency in Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai and Arabic required, per respective target region
· Availability to work with international timezones, based on clients needs
