About The JobYou will be part of the Clienteling & Communication Team of the Benelux, Nordics & Poland region and will have the opportunity to discover the Louis Vuitton retail world in the Brussels based head-office. Reporting to the PCR & Events Manager and working in close partnership with the Client Events Coordinator, the PCR & Events assistant will provide operational support on Events and Client Experiences actions within the 8 countries of the region.
Job responsibilities
EVENTS:
Support all events organization: suppliers briefing, booking and monitoring throughout the entire organization
Report results after event completion: pictures, attendance and ROI
Budget and invoices follow-up
Competition reports and benchmarks
PCR:
Follow up stores’ local client experiences actions
Organize and coordinate hospitality programs for international events such as Fashion Show (travels, hotels, private cars, welcome packs…)
Follow up clients gifting inventories and allocations
Budget and invoices follow-up
Profile
Student in Business School, Fashion School, or equivalent university.
You are rigorous, organized and agile. You are able to work with deadlines, prioritize, multiple tasks without losing the eye for details.
You are a team player with strong communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
Fluent in English; knowledge of French, Dutch or a Nordic language is an asset.
Additional information
Start Date: Internship starting in June or July 2025 for 6 to 12 months.
Location: Louis Vuitton Benelux, Nordics & Poland Head Office (Brussels, Belgium)
Mandatory: Internship convention provided by universities.
