Job Summary:
The PRO Coordinator is responsible for managing all public relations and administrative tasks related to the car rental operations. This role involves coordinating with government agencies, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and handling customer inquiries and issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with Government Agencies: Handle all interactions with government departments for vehicle registrations, renewals, and other regulatory requirements.
Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for vehicle rentals, including contracts, registration, insurance, and permits.
Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local laws and regulations.
Coordination: Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and inspections.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on vehicle status, customer feedback, and regulatory compliance.
Support: Assist the operations team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the car rental or automotive industry.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and rental management software.
Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.
