We have an exciting new opportunity in our marketing team. We are looking for a Product Assistant who will assist the marketing team in the maintenance of the website and social media product offerings.

Role Description
This is a new role and will be pivotal in the growth of the business. You will be a key contact both across the business and with clients and prospects. You will:
Assist in the creation, development, and management of new and existing products, specifically websites and social media services
Build and maintain websites
Build and maintain social media client platforms
Ensure the accuracy of content within the digital products
Review and enhance imagery
Help lead the product messaging with the marketing and sales teams
Assist clients with queries and product information
Review and address product processes to enhance product experience for clients and efficiency internally
Work closely with the Marketing team to deliver products within agreed timeframes
Be a key contact across the business and with clients and prospects
Provide data, information and reports as required
Support the marketing team in knowing what competitors are doing in the market and discuss potential development of products
We will provide the successful candidate with the training needed to understand, create and manage client’s websites and social media accounts. However, we are looking for someone with the followingknowledge and skills:
Degree in marketing, advertising or communications or demonstratable experience in a similar role
Experience with websites and social medium platforms
Ability to deal with changing systems and processes and be proactive in recommending changes
Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to a variety of stakeholder
Strong customer service skills, keen to work with individuals to give great service and deal with issues quickly
Able to deal with different “clients”, both internal and external
Excellent attention to detail
Strong IT skills and a proficient user of MS Office packages
Able to prioritise and manage own time effectively and able to work without direct supervision
A problem solver who is quick and able to adapt
Desirable skills are:
Previous experience in customer facing product role
Experience in the Accountancy industry
An understanding of HubSpot or CRM systems
Knowledge of Webflow
Experience of Mailchimp
