The Product Coordinator plays a vital support role within the product and sales teams, helping to ensure seamless coordination across sample management and supplier communication.
This position is instrumental in tracking sample progress, organizing critical documentation, and maintaining clear lines of follow-up with vendors internal and external teams.
This role also supports sales initiatives by managing sample needs for key meetings, retail presentations, and strategic outreach—helping to ensure our products are represented with excellence at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the product development process for new and existing items with sample tracking and coordination
• Coordinate vendor communications, track sample status, and facilitate approvals
• Maintain product documentation, specs, and updates across internal systems
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, sales, and creative teams to support go-to-market execution
• Track and organize samples for photography, testing, and internal/external needs
• Assist with quality control follow-ups and packaging reviews.
Qualifications
• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and comfortable navigating project management and digital asset tools like Monday.com
• A collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with product development, sales, and marketing teams
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
This position is onsite in Newtown, PA. No remote option available.
