The Team and Opportunity
Webjet strives to be at the leading edge of technology, developing solutions to meet the travel needs of our customers. No trip is complete without a booking on Land . Our Land products include hotel, car hire, insurance and various other offerings! Our Land Product and Member Benefits team is on the hunt for a Product Coordinator to assist in the day-to-day management of the land products.
As an integral member of the Product team, you work collaboratively with various internal stakeholders such as Analytics, UX and Customer Operations teams to obtain valuable insights and customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities as they relate to the Webjet product range. You’ll conduct competitor analysis, work with our suppliers and partners and engage with our Engineering and Marketing teams to optimize content and pricing and develop relevant solutions and bring them to market in a way that brings value to our customers.
What we love to see:
An affinity with digital environments and technology
Travel industry and/or e-commerce experience
Proficiency in the MS Office suite of applications
Demonstrated experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI or other analytic tools
