About The Role
Do you want a key role in coordinating product and packaging projects in an international organisation? Join one of the world’s leading producers of butter cookies and help bring products safely from idea to production.
As Product Coordinator, you will play a central role in managing and coordinating product and packaging projects across the organisation. Acting as the link between internal teams and external partners, you ensure progress, structure and timely delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
Main Responsibilities
You will be part of the Product Team at Kelsen (part of Fine Biscuits Company) and report to the Product Team Leader. Your primary workplace will be our office in Nørre Snede, with occasional tasks at our factory in Ribe.
Your Responsibilities Include
- Coordinating and leading product and packaging development projects
- Managing timelines, milestones, project documentation and cost price calculations
- Coordinating and participating in trial runs of new products and packagings in the production
- Collaborating with internal teams (e.g. Product Development, Marketing, Legal, Production, Planning)
- Working closely with external partners such as printers
- Maintaining master data in ERP systems (including SAP)
- Handling various administrative ad hoc tasks
Who we are looking for
You have experience with project coordination, preferably from a product team. You work in a structured and detail-oriented way, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Experience with project coordination and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset
- Proficient in Danish, English and Microsoft Office
- Experience with SAP and packaging processes is an advantage, but not required
You are a natural team player and coordinator who communicates clearly, takes ownership and enjoys collaborating with many stakeholders across cultures and functions.
