Title: Production Coordinator (Fashion Merchandising)
Job Location: Hazlet, New Jersey (Monday-Thursday On-Site / Friday Work-from-Home)

Job Description:
The Production Coordinator manages the time and action production process by coordinating the approvals and execution of manufacturing orders. The core responsibility is ensuring timely customer/overseas communication to achieve the goal of on time delivery.
Responsibilities
· Order Entry Maintenance – create purchase orders, book orders, manage style and delivery changes in system
· Maintain WIP daily to ensure all orders are moving smoothly and ship on time
· Monitor TNA of styles
· Communicate approvals/rejections to overseas teams on Lab Dips, Strike Offs, PP & TOP Samples
· Weekly Customer Production Follow Up Meetings
· Log shipping info
· Organize and request customer samples from overseas
· Log online to Customer’s web sites to review/train on Manual info as needed
· Prepare costing templates
· Review labels/hangtags for accuracy
· Daily email communication
· Present sales with production related materials to be shipped to buyers in a professional manner
· Run/Organize Tracking/Sales Reports
· Receive/Organize Incoming Shipments sent to our office
Qualifications
· Required 5+ years’ experience in an apparel/sourcing/production or related role
· 5+ years’ experience communicating with overseas factories (China)
· Experience / Educated in Fashion Merchandising
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· Sensibility for merchandising, design, pantone color
· Superior organizational and communication skills
· Contribute positively to dynamic team, teamwork environment!
· Ability to manage to and meet deadlines
· Excel/IPLM experience
· Bachelor’s Degree

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
