Role Description
As a Product Developer, you will be responsible for managing the product development process from initial concept to production, working closely with sourcing, production, and design teams. You will ensure that all products meet our quality, functionality, and brand standards, while maintaining clear structure across documentation, fittings, and communication. Your focus will be on delivering well-developed, production-ready products in an efficient and scalable way.
Key Responsibilities
- Research trends, competitors, and market positioning; analyze partner and customer feedback
- Create and maintain mood-boards (fabrics, trims, branding, color direction)
- Lead new collection development from concept to pre-shipment sample
- Manage fittings, comments, and pattern corrections
- Prepare and maintain full product documentation and tech packs
- Oversee sample development and sample pack preparation for production
- Conduct development-stage price analysis (in collaboration with the Sourcing team)
- Own product specifications and catalog content (features, materials, storytelling)
- Support styling direction, mood-boards, and photoshoots
- Collaborate on CE testing and certification processes
- Prepare documentation and communicate with laboratories
Whar We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in product development (fashion, apparel, or relevant category)
- Strong understanding of garment construction, materials, and production processes
- Experience with tech packs, fittings, and sample development
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills (costing, pricing, margin awareness)
- Experience working with suppliers and manufacturers
- Knowledge of product compliance and certification processes (a plus)
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Excel, CLO 3D
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) – required for communication with international suppliers, laboratories, and partners
- Detail-oriented with a hands-on, proactive mindset
