Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Product Developer specializing in Apparel & Accessories. The Product Developer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end product development process, conducting research and development, coordinating with the design team to bring creative concepts to life, and ensuring product quality. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and suppliers to achieve product excellence, while meeting timelines and budgets effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Product Development and Product Management skills with prior experience in taking concepts to market
- Expertise in Research and Development (R&D), especially in material sourcing, trend analysis, and prototyping
- Exceptional communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for streetwear and self-expression through fashion
- Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, or a related field
- 1-3+ years of experience
