Product Developer
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Developer to lead the product development process from design handoff through production. This is an exciting opportunity to partner cross-functionally with Design, Technical Design, Sourcing, Production, and global manufacturing partners to bring high-quality womenswear products to market.
What You’ll Do
- Manage product development calendars, milestones, samples, and approvals across seasonal collections.
- Partner with Design, Technical Design, and Production on fabrics, trims, construction, fit, costing, and production readiness.
- Coordinate with overseas vendors and factories to manage timelines, resolve issues, and ensure development deliverables are completed on time.
- Support fabric and trim sourcing, custom color development, testing, BOM updates, and sample management.
- Identify risks related to sourcing, construction, cost, quality, and timing, and recommend solutions proactively.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of product development experience within fashion or apparel.
- Strong background in garment construction, textiles, sourcing, manufacturing, and costing.
- Experience working with overseas factories and global supply chains.
- Strong project management, communication, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in PLM systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with high-end womenswear construction; denim fabric and wash development is a plus.
