We are currently seeking aProduct Development Assistantas part of our amazing Fine Fragrances team in Milan.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct market/trend analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify future product innovations.
Analyse the positioning of the products for each market and establish propositions for new products.
Analyse and develop the product mix: concept creation, packaging/design development, olfactive development, etc.
Define the necessary support elements to achieve successful new product launches, in connection with communication, merchandising and trade marketing.
Ensure smooth communication with internal and external collaborators.
Follow-up the realization and advancements of on-going projects in the right timing.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Degree in Marketing or Related Field.
Strong interest in the world of Fragrances and/or motivation for Beauty Sector in general.
An experience in Marketing or Product Development will be a plus.
Strategic- Organization, planning, facilitation, problem analysis, decision making.
Creativity and Innovation- Creativity, business savvy, originality, intuition.
Leadership and Personal- Collaboration, communication, autonomy, flexibility, initiative, proactivity.
Fluent in English (written and oral conversation).
Knowledge of the Italian language will be a plus.
