Product Development Assistant (Fashion & Jewelry)
Location: East Greenwich RI
Pay: $20.00-$22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (Enjoy Summer Fridays with 1:00 PM closings through early September!)

Are you a recent Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, Marketing, or Business graduate looking to break into the fashion industry? Do you love organization, product styling, and working behind the scenes to bring collections to life?
We’re seeking a Product Development Assistant to join a growing fashion accessories team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting product development, merchandising, and sample management in a creative, fast-paced environment.
Whether you’ve completed internships, worked in retail merchandising, fashion administration, jewelry, or have strong administrative experience with an interest in fashion, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Support the Product Development team with day-to-day projects
- Organize jewelry samples, product materials, and inventory
- Prepare product presentations for meetings and customer reviews
- Card and assemble product samples for display
- Maintain an organized product development workspace
- Track and organize documentation and product information
- Assist with merchandising projects and special assignments
- Help improve organization and workflow processes
- Jump between multiple priorities while keeping projects on track
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has
- Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
- Administrative, merchandising, retail, buying, or product coordination experience is a plus
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who works well independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Interest in fashion, jewelry, accessories, merchandising, or product development
