We’re partnering with a globally recognised entertainment & consumer products business, seeking a Product Development Associate to support their growing Trading Cards & Card Games sector, for an initial 12 month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the world’s most iconic entertainment franchises, helping bring engaging products and packaging to market across the EMEA region.

Please note this is not a hands-on design role, but you will be working closley with an experienced Product Development team – playing a key role in supporting the creative development process from concept through to final approval. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone detail oriented and looking to build a long-term career within licensing and consumer products.

Must be commutable distance to London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the development of innovative trading cards and trading card game products across multiple projects
  • Assisting with the day-to-day product development process, reviewing submissions and coordinating creative approvals
  • Working closely and building strong relationships with licensees and internal stakeholders to ensure products align with brand guidelines and commercial objectives
  • Coordinating artwork, packaging, and marketing approvals through internal systems
  • Ensuring products meet legal, brand and quality standards before approval
  • Researching trends across trading cards, gaming, collectibles, design and wider consumer markets
  • Applying strong graphic design principles including typography, colour, composition, and visual storytelling

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in Product Development, Product Design, or a related creative discipline
  • Strong knowledge of product development, manufacturing processes, and product construction
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
