Job Overview

We are looking for a Product Development Coordinator to support our team in researching market trends and localizing design concepts for the North American market. Working closely with our global HQ’s product development teams, this role will help adapt and refine product ideas to align with local consumer preferences while ensuring brand consistency.

This position requires a keen eye for design, an understanding of consumer trends, and the ability to translate global concepts into compelling products for North America. A background in graphic design and familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint are a plus.

What You Will Achieve

Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive product insights in North America.

Collaborate with HQ product development teams to localize and refine product designs for the North American audience.

Provide feedback and recommendations on product aesthetics, packaging, and materials to align with regional market trends.

Create visual mockups, presentations, and concept decks to support internal discussions and external partner meetings.

Work with licensing, marketing, and sales teams to ensure localized products align with brand positioning and retail strategies.

Assist in tracking product development timelines and coordinating communication between HQ and local teams.

Support product development approval processes for outbound licensing initiatives across fashion, lifestyle, and collectible categories, ensuring timely feedback and brand alignment

What You Will Need

3-5 years of experience in product development, graphic design, trend research, or a related field.

Strong understanding of consumer trends and retail landscape in North America.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint is a plus.

Experience with product design, packaging, or merchandising is preferred.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across global teams.

Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
