NYC Alliance Company LLC is looking for a Product Development Coordinator to join its growing team in the retail industry. The Product Development Coordinator will be an essential part of the product development team, supporting the design, development, and production of innovative, high-quality apparel. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to ensure timely and successful delivery of products that meet the company’s standards. The PD Coordinator will act as the liaison between Customer/ NY Office/China Partners to execute an order after it has been placed.

ResponsibilitiesMonitor Labdips/Knitdown/Strikeoffs based on set T&A

Monitor required Vendor/ PP testing/Production Testing based on set T&A

Manage WIP reports based on Customer requirements.

AD samples / Meeting Samples request and tracking based on Customer needs

Collaborate with the production team to track and monitor product progress and ensure on-time delivery

Manage samples and organize them for use in presentations and meetings

Maintain accurate records of all product development information, including costs, materials, and timelines

Requirements1 – 3 years of experience in Fashion/Apparel production and/or product development

Working knowledge of retailer’s requirements

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Solid organizational & communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Annual Salary $60,000 – $67,000

The offered salary for this position will vary based on role requirements determined by NYC Alliance, skill set and years of experience.
