Candidates Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an engineering role involving product development or R&D
- Proven experience in consumer electronics, lighting, or related hardware products
- Strong knowledge of LED technology, battery systems, Bluetooth technology, or smart home hardware
- Ability to manage products from concept to mass production
- Exposure to managing relationships with big box consumer retail brands
