DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the design and development of plastics monoblock products, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
Develop product based on APQP procedure.
Analyze market trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Develop cost estimates for new product designs and ensure profitability by optimizing production processes and material use.
Monitor project budgets and minimize development costs without compromising quality.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in industrial design, Product Development, Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development or design, preferably in the plastics manufacturing industry.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
Position available at either East Canumay, Valenzuela City or East Service Road, Cupang, Muntinlupa City
