Responsibilities :
Responsible for planning, managing, monitoring, and evaluating all new and existing product development activities
Determining product standards and specifications so that targets can be achieved optimally in accordance with the established goals
Qualifications :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/Culinary Arts
Minimum 3 years experience in Chef or R&D as Specialist (preferably experienced in F&B companies)
Understand product development
Understand HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and Halal Certification
Strong logical and conceptual thinking, good analysis, detail-oriented and well-organized
Placement in Bandung
