Definition of Success: Complete ownership of time sensitive and critical details including documentation, tracking systems, and development samples and can ensure are up to date and in the right place at the right time.

Key Areas of Focus:

Licensor Submissions/Approvals:

Creating Submission Sheets

Ensuring accuracy of submission sheets between Creative/PM departments

Submitting Submission Sheets to studio for approval

Following up with studio on submission status if close to/past due date

Filing Approvals

Updating tracking systems with progress information including but not limited to pricing chart, sale tracker, and forecast summary

Product Development:

Assist with the development and maintenance of product development schedules for 2D and 3D product lines, ensuring that various projects remain on track for timely client delivery.

Request product quotes from suppliers and assist in conducting pricing comparisons to ensure cost effectiveness and budget compliance

Assist with the creation of cost sheets

Create and manage SKU numbers for our 2D and 3D product lines, ensuring accurate tracking and organization

Assist with ensuring SnapCo deck is up to date

Complete other tasks as required by management

Sample Management:

Obtaining, filing, and tracking development samples

Filing latest sample images

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with product management software

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proven experience in product coordination, preferably in a licensing or retail environment

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Other Notes:

Salary: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Required to work in Camarillo office Monday-Thursday, Friday optional from remote location

This job requires lifting boxes up to 40 pounds
