PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Location: Framingham, MA
Schedule: Contract / Hybrid (Partial Remote)
Compensation Range: $30.00 – $32.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional merchants and management teams to execute creative visions, addressing product voids to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, trend-right apparel.
• Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle and Time & Action calendars to streamline production flow and mitigate supply chain delivery risks.
• Communicate highly technical styling, construction, and color-correction feedback to global agents and vendors to ensure strict adherence to established brand quality standards.
• Analyze domestic and international market trends, competitor offerings, and factory submits to optimize product value, garment construction, and design execution.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of professional product development experience specifically within the apparel industry.
• Expertise: Mastery of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or Web PDM software alongside proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office.
• Impact: Proven track record of managing technical garment specifications, clothing construction, grading, and testing protocols to achieve consistent product fit.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Product Design, Merchandising, or a closely related creative field.
