What You’ll Do:
Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and product gaps while aligning concepts with market demand and celebrity requirements.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring timely execution, sustainability, and quality. Manage vendor coordination, stock levels, and supplier performance to meet cost, quality, and delivery standards.
Act as the key liaison between the company, celebrity teams, and manufacturers, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulatory standards.
Maintain thorough documentation, provide strategic reports, and develop dashboards for real-time product tracking.
What We’re Looking For:
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, or Product Development. Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing or cosmetics product development.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). English fluency; Arabic is a plus.
Expertise: Strong knowledge of sourcing, vendor relations, manufacturing, and industry regulations.
Project Management: Proven success in product launches and lifecycle management.
