Overview:
The Product Development Team is dedicated to innovation and excellence in bringing new, cutting-edge products to market. We are seeking a Product Testing Assistant to assist with various tasks within our testing process, ensuring every product meets the highest standards of performance and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the product testing facility.
Manage and track inventory of testing materials, tools, and supplies.
Assist with the product testing process to ensure all products are evaluated thoroughly and accurately.
Assist with hair dye application, shampooing, blow-drying, and styling as part of the product testing process.
Support the blow-drying process after testing, ensuring the hair is styled to perfection for product evaluation.
Help dye and blow-dry hair swatches as part of the product testing protocol.
Label and organize hair swatches for tracking, comparison, and future testing purposes.
Assist with coordinating the scheduling of models and clients for product testing sessions.
Work closely with the Product Development Team to ensure the seamless execution of product evaluations.
Ensure all testing processes are completed on time and meet the established standards.
Requirements:
Cosmetology license or currently enrolled in a cosmetology program.
Previous experience in product testing or a similar role in the beauty industry is preferred.
A solid understanding of beauty products and their applications.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both team members and clients.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on maintaining accuracy in testing processes.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
