THE ROLE & THE TEAMAs Product Library Assistant in the Zalando Fashion Studio, you will be responsible for maintaining all PDP, ePDP styling and teaser shooting SKU movement, and styling equipment throughout the Studios with a focus on inventory control.
Reporting to the Product Library Manager and collaborating closely with our Logistics, Production, Steering, Art Directors and Styling teams, you will strive for best-in-class organisation and operations of the Product Library to increase effectiveness and efficiency on production.
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Follow all stock related processes and procedures, maintaining high standards of the physical Product Library (PL) organisation and cleanliness, and educating stakeholders on the importance of quality standards for handling PL stock and equipment.
Actively involved in maintaining accuracy of inventory, transfers and movements including inventory audits and support in loss prevention initiatives.
Supports the needs of the PL Manager/Team Leader with ad-hoc requests, collaborating with the Styling team when required on new projects.
Reading, filtering and reviewing our Reports in G-Sheets on a regular basis.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You have previous experience in a fashion retail environment (2+ years). Ideally you have a background related to operations/logistics within fashion, merchandising, styling, retail operations or a similar field.
You’re an excellent communicator across different levels and teams in English (verbal and written).
You have great work ethic, organisation, and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
You have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
